This IPL 7 has been an eventful affair. It has seen the rise of KKR, the disgraceful fall of the Mumbai Indians. The final is set between the Kings XI Punjab and the Kolkata Knight Riders.
Kolkata Knight Riders’ performance during the initial phases of this season had been inconsistent and uninspiring. Riding on the performance of their bowlers and a few good knocks by the likes of Pathan, they have ultimately reached the finals of the tournament.
Talking about King’s Eleven Punjab (KXIP), they have completely blown everyone away. Washing away all signs of being a mediocre team in all the past seasons of the tournament. Defeating Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the qualifier match they have finally found a birth in the final match of the tournament.
Now it will be a treat to see the KKR bowlers throwing challenges to the KXiP batsmen.
