Well, the honor goes to Sri Lanka. SL has won 38 of the 62 matches it has played so far. Pakistan is the 2nd best in the Win/Loss record. SA and India take the 3rd and 4th spot respectively. The data covers all the International T20’s played till March 25th, 2014.
