India vs Bangladesh 1st test 5th day review, 2015

Earlier In the 4th day review I told that the amount of disturbance created by rain, the test match will be only a bullshit and a joke for both country. if anyone have watched the performance of indian spinner in this test , he/she can imagine that the test would n’t have lasted for more than 4 days without rain.

R Ashwin

Now coming on 5th day of the match, we seen some good performances from indian bowlers especially R Ashwin  and senior most Offspinner  Harbhajan singh. Ashwin and Bhajji shared overall 8 wickets ( 5 & 3). were allout and given another chance to defend their loss but it was rain who did this not the Bangladesh team.

Shikhar Dhawan Became Man Of the Match for his marvellous ton 173. if we see some good performances, I think it came from Indian side in bulk and from Bangladeshi side in bytes like Shakib al Hasan and Imrul Kayas.

Overall it was a match of downfall, where we can only conclude how much rain came everyday of this test match.

Pakistan’s hope in champions Trophy

Will Qualify for Champions Trophy 2017 ?

BY :-EHSAN KHAN(PAKISTAN)

Champion’s trophy is the only tournament that Pakistan hasn’t won yet since their birth in international . When it was announced in 2013 that it will be the last edition of the tournament all Pakistani fans were praying that their team can get this accolade for their nation but that didn’t happen & team Pakistan lost all their pool matches to be kicked out of the tournament once again.

Pakistan’s performance in all ICC Champions trophy editions is as follows:

Year Venue Result
1998 Bangladesh Knockout in 1st match
2000 Kenya Lost in Semi Final
2002 Sri-Lanka 1st Round Exit
2004 England Lost in Semi Final
2006 India 1st Round Exit
2009 South Africa Lost in Semi Final
2013 England 1st Round Exit

Now with another lifeline given to the tournament & next ICC Champions trophy to be took place in England in 2017 Pakistan once again hurt their chances after losing the series against Bangladesh 3-0 & drops in 9th place in ICC ODI rankings (all time low rank for pakistan since start of ICC ODI rankings), just ahead Ireland, Zimbabwe & Afghanistan. As per new ICC guidelines TOP 7 teams along with the host nation will qualify for the tournament & compete for the 2nd most prestigious one day international  championship.

with 2 spots up for grab 7th & 8th, fight between Pakistan, Bangladesh & West Indies is on the show. ICC set a cutoff date of 30th September, 2015 for qualification for the event.

Till 30th Sep, 2015 West Indies don’t have any one day international engagements. Bangladesh has to face South Africa & India at their home crowd, whereas Pakistan will be playing Sri-Lanka in 5 matches in Sri-Lanka.

Scenarios

If Bangladesh beats India & South Africa in one match each they will qualify for the tournament with West Indies as West Indies is depending on performance of others.

If Pakistan beats Sri-Lanka by margin of 5-0 than & Bangladesh lost all their matches against India & South Africa than Pakistan will qualify with West Indies.

For Pakistani fans they need to keep an eye on results of Bangladesh as well as Pakistan’s. With Bangladesh improved performance against Pakistan & in World Cup 2015 it is on the cards that they may put a strong performance in upcoming matches. Another plus for Bangladesh is that as per the news India & South Africa both are planning to rest their best players after hectic schedule of World Cup & IPL.

Let’s wait till 30th September, 2015 to see who will qualify for Champions Trophy 2015.

India vs Bangladesh 1st Test 4th day review

              Bangladesh’s Hope Imurl  Kayes

IN India we respect  the rain and we us to call it a godgift, but I don’t think that  godgift is going to benefit the ongoing series of India vs Bangladesh Test series. It disturbed the 1st day, whole 2nd day, partically 3rd and 4th day.

Imrul Kayes

Now coming on the 4th day, we can say that the whole Test is going to be only a  joke and result is known to all, Any miracle will only help to get the result. India ended the 3rd day with 462 runs and 4 wickets in hands. at the starting of 4th day, india given the chance to bangladesh and again downfall started, which caused another loss to both India and Bangladesh. Due to this hindrance Bangladesh played only 30.1 overs and scored 111 runs with the loss of 3 wickets. Imural kayes is not out wtih 59 runs and Shakib Al Hasan not even opened his account.

Nothing Special happened as our bowler picked only 3 wickets in which ashwin picked 2 and harbhajan picked 1 wicket. Now lets see how much downfall happens on 5th day, as news is coming that due to heavy rain covers are not opened till now …………

IND vs Ban 1st Test 3rd day review

                              Rahane  and Vijay’s consistancy

3rd Day started with not so much of surprise, slightly and techniquely both batsmen Sikhar Dhawan and M Vijay controlled the 1st part of day. Bangladeshi bowler got its 1st wicket in the form of Dhawan, who bowled out at 173 runs and by Bangladesh’s best all- rounder Shakib Al Hasan. for some part of session bangladeshi bowlers dominated over the indian batsmen.

M Vijay and A Rahane

India lost its 6 six wickets in short interval, this was because India thought to acquire more runs in short interval to give chance to bangladeshi batsmen . rohit sharma and virat kohli departed without scoring much runs    (6 & 14) , our new wicketkeeper and replacement of MS Dhoni didn’t do much and scored only 6 runs.

If we talk about warriors of 3rd day, then they were M Vijay , A Rahane and Shakib al Hasan. M Vijay scored 150 with great technique and he great intensity of a capable Test player, his zile and greed for runs was his best moto of this test. Ajinkya Rahane, most capable test batsman of guest side was on his best today, He scored 98 runs in 103 balls. there was some sort of unluck which caused him a century, but after some quick dismissile he controlled the indian side and helped to reach a good defendable score.

Shakib-Al-Hasan

IF any one is capable of destructing the indian side, then he is Shakib al hasan. Today he shown some great moments by taking 4 out of 6 Indian wickets that last today. HE was man of steel today and only bowler to give some hope to bangladeshi fans.
